The answer is roughly 3 percent of sexual harassment cases involve men as the victims. Sexual harassment circumstances with male targets have long been exceptionally rare. Though, in 1998 in Oncale v. Sundowner Offshore Services, the Supreme Court measured the case of a Louisiana man who demanded he was sexually harassed by his male boss while employed on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico.
