The correct answer is
A. It was started by a colonial army led by George Washington.

He was 22 at the time and led the colonist army against the French. It wasn't about Louisbourg but about 2 other locations. It wasn't fought in China but it was a part of a greater war that was also fought in Asia. It started much later than 1684.
