The Supreme Court of Pakistan is the highest court of the Pakistani judicial hierarchy. Its judiciary members now consist of Pakistan's chief justice and 15 senior judges, including Court of Appeals.

The law sets the maximum number of judges in the Supreme Court at 30 judges (excluding the Chief Justice of India). The bill will increase that number from 30 to 33.
Basically, the US Constitution gives Congress the power to decide how many judges sit on SCOTUS. This number ranged from 5 to 10, but has been fixed at 9 since 1869.
