A leader is a person who inspires ardour and motivation in followers. a pacesetter is someone with a vision and the route to realizing it. a frontrunner is a person who ensures their team has support and equipment to achieve their goals.
A frontrunner is someone who can see how things can be stepped forward and who rallies people to transport towards that higher vision. Leaders can work in the direction of making their vision a reality while setting humans first. simply being capable of motivate human beings isn't enough — leaders want to be empathetic and connect to people to be successful.
A pacesetter need to have an honest information of who they're, what they realize, and what they are capable of.
