hello! I completely understand you! I have that problem too. But what I did before was telling my teacher if it was okay to let me slide on not presenting due to my bad anxiety. Or you can tell an adult and talk to them and tell them about that situation, maybe they will talk to you about it or they will tell ur teacher about it ! hope this helps..
