Fast can cause you to faint, its makes you hungry and not to mention it VERY bad for your health. If you want to lose weight, go to the DOCTOR!!! he will give you the best and probably less painful way to lose weight
Fasting for a week will cause your body to go into starvation mode. Your body will Store fat as it doesn't know when it will receive nutrients again. That will change your metabolism and you may actually gain weight while eating less food.
