C. Irony. the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.

The answer would be C.) irony. Why? The teacher took the meaning of their point and reversed it, keeping the expression the same. It’s almost a mockery on their own statement.
