2x-10 + 4x = 32

Combine like terms;

6x-10 = 32

Add 10 to each side:

6x = 42

Divide both sides by 6:

x = 42/6

X = 7

EF = 2x-10 = 2(7)-10 = 14-10 = 4

DE = 4x = 4(7) = 28
