The organization you’re working for (Department of Tourism) wants to advertise an advocacy and the organization has shortlisted some prospective television stations. One of the television stations shortlisted is owned by your brother and it was the one selected to advertise the advocacy. Although the proper bidding and contract agreement was observed in selecting the television station, this situation shows a conflict of interest because you’re directly related to the owner.
